Use a Plus AI template or theme

While Google Slides offers a nice collection of themes, you may have something different in mind. Using Plus AI for Slides, you can choose an eye-catching template or attractive theme for new or existing presentations.

When building a new slideshow, choose Templates on the left and pick a category at the top to see the templates.

When editing an existing slideshow, you can choose a template and layout when you insert a new slide or remix a current one. What’s great about the latter is that you can mix and match templates and layouts.

For example, here we used the Indigo template when creating the presentation and the Metro template when we insert a new slide. This is convenient if you like the appearance of a particular slide layout in a different template.

Plus AI isn’t just about the templates and slide layouts though. The main focus of this tool is to help you create content and insert elements that your slideshow needs. You can start with a prompt or upload a file for your text and images or ask Plus to rewrite content you’ve added to make it more educational or detailed.
