Salesforce is the world’s most popular customer relationship management (CRM) platform, and hundreds of thousands of companies use Salesforce to run their sales and marketing workflows.
Salesforce is a powerful tool, and customers often have so much data in Salesforce that it is hard to find the right report or dashboard at the right time. To get the data your company needs, teams often send many one-off requests and share the same screenshots over and over again.
Plus is the easiest way to share up-to-date Salesforce charts, dashboards, and reports with your team. Using Plus is as easy as taking a Snapshot and then sharing a link or embedding your Snapshot in your existing tools.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Take a Snapshot of Salesforce with the Plus extension
Open up Salesforce to the view that you would like to share. This could be a single chart, a table, a dashboard, a report, or any other view that you would like to keep track of.
From there, click the Plus extension and press the “Take Snapshot” button.
Draw a box around the area of the screen that you would like to snapshot.
Step 2: Share the Snapshot or embed the Snapshot in another tool
After you have captured your Snapshot, set the sharing permissions on who should be able to view it, and then send the URL to a teammate. Now they can see an up-to-date view of your Salesforce dashboard or report at any time.
Alternatively, you can copy and paste the URL for your Snapshot into your favorite productivity tool to embed it there directly.
The Plus embed will unfurl, and your Salesforce Snapshot will now appear inside of apps like Notion or Coda. You can adjust the size and positioning of your Snapshot based on your preferences and document layout.
Now, you can collaborate and share your Salesforce data directly within the tools that you use every day.
What else would you like to share or embed?
Plus makes it easy to get access to all of your data, where you need it. In addition to Salesforce, you can also use Plus to share and embed up-to-date Snapshots of tools like Google Calendar, Github, Hubspot, and more.
Here’s an example of a customer 360 document template that our GTM team uses before customer calls. On this page, we combine up-to-date views of Metabase and Mixpanel to quickly see how any customer is using our product.
