Today we’re excited to announce the first public release of Plus — the easiest way to bring all of your team's data wherever you need it.
Plus lets you take live Snapshots of any app and embed them in the productivity tools you use every day. Our goal is to make any integration as easy and intuitive as sharing a screenshot.
Our customers use Plus to do things like:
- Centralize recruiting data so hiring managers don’t have to log in to multiple tools to understand the status of open roles,
- Automatically update weekly sales meeting slides with new data from CRMs and BI tools,
- Build retail dashboards to aggregate key operational metrics for store managers,
- Organize personal productivity tools like calendars and to-do lists in one place, like Notion or Coda.
But the best way to show off the power of Plus is to see it in action. Here’s how we’re using Plus to track our product launch.

How we use Plus
Prior to launch, we already had a Plus dashboard set up to track our key GTM metrics — site traffic (from Google Analytics), waitlist signups (from HubSpot), SEO rankings (from SEMrush), and more (signups from Slack, active users from Metabase, etc.).
Despite being a small team, the number of apps we use adds up fast. Taking Snapshots of each app and organizing them on a Notion page makes it easy to share data and give everyone the full picture of our marketing efforts.
Now that we’re launching our public beta, the things we want to track have changed. For example, we no longer need to see waitlist signups, but we want to add new views of our Product Hunt analytics and Mixpanel dashboards.
With Plus, creating a new dashboard is as easy as taking a few Snapshots and embedding them wherever your team works. My Snapshots are like portable views of data that my team and I can use anywhere we need them.
For example, I can take each of these Snapshots and embed them in a Notion doc, I can flip through them in Plus from my phone, or I can set up a Slack subscription to send them to the marketing channel each morning.
